For Sale: ***PRICE REDUCED***Kevin Ryan Cathedral Grand Fingerstyle (Madagascar/Bearclaw Sitka)

For sale is a late 2020 Kevin Ryan Cathedral Grand Fingerstyle guitar in very high grade Madagascar rosewood (this is a two piece back) and old growth bearclaw Sitka spruce (this was a set that Kevin had had in his shop for about 30 years). The guitar was a commission that was built for me and finished in September of 2020. It has lived in my guitar habitat for the last 3 years and is in dead mint condition (no cosmetic issues to note). I have commissioned a number of guitars from Kevin and this one has quite a few notable upgrades:

-Blue Paua Heart purfling/inlays (this is typically a signature upgrade as it's a step up from the typical blue Paua upgrade)
-Art Deco rosette with Madagascar rosewood ring
-Deco inlay on the bridge
-Madagascar headstock overlay (typically Kevin does all of these in ebony unless it's a Signature or show model). It even has a matching Madagascar truss rod cover
-Full innovation suite: fluted bevel, acoustic honeycomb bracing, etc.

The guitar has amazing resonance, clarity and response. Truly an heirloom level guitar. I am only selling this guitar as I have another Ryan Cathedral and am thinking of commissioning a Ryan Nightingale or a Kostal OM. The guitar comes in the original Calton Case (orange exterior/black interior). Happy to answer any questions.
