Any other drummers here? I've had drum sets in every house since chilhood (or at least bongos for the past few years). Seriously, doesn't everyone pause when they walk past a drum of any sort and do at least a quiet one-handed finger roll? I think even non-musicians do that.

If we're talking "quirks," here's one that I share with just about everyone I've asked including my adult daughter who found tools in her new office a few years ago. Who can pick up a power drill and not goose the trigger once or twice?
In what kind of world would you EVER admit to being (or even knowing) a drummer

Mine would be, but we just don't have room

But I just dropped in to say my hat’s off to you, Muffinhead, for a Kate Wolf quote in your bio, and a great one at that. I love Kate Wolf, was honored to know her a tiny bit, and almost always include one of her songs in my set.
I sing that kate wolf song to my wife all the time. It is a great song. And Kate Wolf is a great artist.

Congrats, one or both of you are very lucky. You for having her to listen to you sing, or her for having you sing a love song to her!
Do either of you have green eyes?

I do this as well. I didn’t do it before I had nice guitars.

Did you post about this on Reddit recently?

Of course you are weird. Welcome to the club. I don't do that every night but I can understand you wanting to do it.
