Which Banjolele Strings?

I have a Gold Tone banjolele that needs new strings (high G). It still has the ones that came with it! Oops... Will just any ukulele strings work? Or do I need something special? Thanks for your help!

I have a Kevin Enoch banjolele and when I emailed him he told me he uses Aquila Nylgut banjolele/banjoukulele strings.
