Default Godin Multiac Steel Duet Ambiance High-Pitched Sound

I have a fairly new Godin Multiac Steel Duet Ambiance which is emitting a high-pitched sound whenever I plug it into a PA system. It does not seem to be affected by any of the controls on the guitar itself.

Is this something anyone has heard of and is it repairable or solvable?

Thanks

If you have the time, you might drop them a line at [email protected]. They've been responsive and helpful with my inquiries.
