Beautiful looking instrument. The oak is phenomenal looking.

Looking forward to hearing how it sounds; bog oak has been a little bass-shy in those steel-strings I’ve tried.

Cheers,
Steve

Default Demo video

I discovered the incredibly talented Heather Cartwright's https://www.heathercartwright.co.uk/ music awhile back & instantly thought that her playing style would be perfect for my guitars. So I invited her down to my studio workshop a few weeks ago to do some recordings.

Here she plays one of her own compositions, "Goodnight Glasgow", on my OM in Alpine Spruce/Bog Oak.

As always, a nice pair of headphones or speakers will do the audio justice.

Some of the guitar specs are:

Scale length: 630mm (24.9″) – short scale
Nut width: 44mm (~1 3/4″)
String spacing @ bridge: 11.3mm (~2 1/4″)
Body depth @ heel: 91mm
Body depth @ tail block: 105mm
Soundhole ø: 98

Hope you enjoy!

Cheers

Cheers Steve. I've posted a demo video now to give you an idea of its tonal qualities.

Oska, that is a beautiful guitar in both looks and sound! Well done! And thank you for sharing the demo by Heather! What a fantastic player! I thoroughly enjoyed that!

Hard to imagine a guitar sounding as beautiful as it looks, but you nailed it!

Brilliant, cheers. That's what it's all about in the end 'innit...the music!

Thanks a lot Tom. I'm over the moon myself at how this guitar turned out, so I'm glad others are too.
