Default Can you tell which tuning this song is in? Darkness, Darkness by Lisa Torban

Can anyone tell if this is in standard tuning or in some other form?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4__GMMPfi0

If played in standard tuning, it could be played along with the track starting in some form of G7 (3355333), but I'm hearing lots of open strings so I'm thinking it must be in some other tuning.
I am not familiar with lots of different tunings besides standard, drop D and open G.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Cool video, and I had not thought about that old Youngbloods tune in ages.
Very nice version of it there.

I actually like this version better than Youngbloods one. First time I heard this song was at the end of James Cameron's Ghost of the Abyss (Titanic documentary). Very haunting and beautiful.

Default Lisa Torban chords

The second guitar part is definitely double drop D w/ capo on 3rd fret. For the beginning part, the only way I can get the low C along with the open note sustains is with a goofy tuning that rivals Joni Mitchell. Starting with the sixth string I drop down to C-A-D-G-B flat-C. 1st chord is played (starting with low C) finger the 2nd & 3rd string on the 3rd fret hammer up to the 3rd string fourth fret and follow with 4th string open. This is a bit hard to explain without tab. I'm sure you'll find the second chord. I can guess at the final chord but can't make it out once the second guitar and harp kick in. Let me know if you find an easier way.
