Nicely done! My only suggestion as a fellow fingerpicker is you might want to hold a few of the notes a little longer, make them more "strong" in the dynamics area.

other than that I think it's pretty well done

I like it. Thanks.

I think the comment before is pretty good. It's plenty good to listen to, and adding more of your own interpretation and dynamics would improve it even more, but it is very good.
