Default NGD Abides

Always been a fan of Bridges and Breedlove, but couldnt spring fir the Bend model. When this showed up in my local shop, it was upgrade time!

Absolutely beautiful guitar from a great builder....


as for the commercial :

/rolls eyes/

I love forest preservation and the message. But this whole schtick is *WAY* over-emphasizing this in order to tug at your heartstrings.

The fact is that musical instruments compromise well less than 1% of the forest consumption. The other 99% is used for everything else that can more easily be changed.

Go watch the Taylor documentary on the Sitka forest - 99% of the harvested ancient forest is going to make 2x4's in China.

So standing on a bully pulpit about 1% of the forest while ignoring 99% is totally fake and a marketing spin to sell a product
