I play a version of this based on the The Dropkick Murphys version (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=huRwBFmAx78). Their version was way too low for my voice, so I raised the key. (I think they did it in Eb; I play it capo 2 in G.) Here's how I play it:

Note: I don't think the D7 is in their version, but I sure hear it when I play this on guitar.
