Very nice Rick ! I like the bass kind of line, there’s some cool motion there, and some really beautiful chords with a sweet melody ! You could add a bit more bass frequencies during the mixing process imo, on another hand it allows the melody to really sing on the foreground , nice job !

Johan, I usually roll off the bass somewhat starting around about 50 hertz. This particular guitar is not low end
heavy but depending on the tune it can fill in quite nicely, for example this tune on the same guitar:

Waouw cool ! Right now I’m gasing for African ebony b and s , seems to sound pretty dark and very dry which I like. This macassar sounds very focus but brighter than African ebony that’s why I thought about maple , very snappy
