Beautiful Eastman! Those are fine guitars, and let's face it way under-rated here even with all the Eastman fans. The only guitar I regret trading out was the bigger brother of yours, the E20D. I will for sure get another one ... top notch workmanship too.

Well then, I think we have our work cut out for us. The aged Adi tops make the argument a little easier for us.

2nd from the left. Still love it! In fact, one of my cats knocked it over once, but luckily it landed on the tuners. The fall bent the tuners, so naturally I had to apologize by throwing some white Waverly tuners on her. She forgave me

I really wanted one of these E2000s. I was gutted when Eastman downgraded the nut to 1 3/4". Still enjoying my BR341, and maybe oneday one of the 1 13/16" nut models will come my way.

At the time of this thread, I wanted one of these but had yet to get one.
Shortly after, I did get a chance to get one and it is a great guitar. It has a huge sound for such a small guitar. I've played similar size guitars by big name brands that sounded small and boxy. I really wasn't expecting how full and resonant this guitar would be. The store I bought it from also had the Eastman E20-OO-SS, the sloped shouldered version of this guitar with the normal Eastman nut width and the thinner neck. That one was small and boxy sounding and definitely not even close to as resonant. I don't know if maybe that one was a dud or if that's how the OO-SS sounds. The neck on my E20-OO is a big beefy, chunky neck with 1-13/16 nut. Perhaps the huge neck contributes to the great sound this thing has. |

Mr. Fret-O'-File, If you ever grow tired of that neck, please let me know as i will take it off your hands and give it a good home.
