Thumbs up SOLD - Taylor 815ce, 2010, CV Bracing, Florentine Cut

I just love these Taylor Jumbo's I've had a few, I will keep the Kenny Loggins Jumbo . If your looking for rich tone to the bone, So much color, So much sweetness, And the lower register is awesome. Loose top due to CV Bracing ! Volume Deluxe ! 2008-2011 Taylor had some really beautiful Sitka Spruce tops, 2010 was a VG year. Have it on my2010 DMSM also.
This 815ce was the 1st production year for CV Bracing of Sitka as standard on 800's, CV was introduced in some LTDs. in 08, It quickly proved excellent for me! Robust .

My 815 is in pretty clean condition, No Dust inside
Over all a 9.5 With some minor flaws, Here's what I see.

A. Middle back seam finish has developed a fine crack 2" in length , it was their 8 months ago when I got the 815 , fluctuates with humidity. The tube humidifier's work good, Can't see crack in finish today. All guitars develop something. This back has a center interior strip, and a fine white strip exterior ,
See my bad picture

B. Sitka Top has 1 fine shallow scratch on lower lower bout 1 1/2" up from binding, and 3" up from bottom, approx. 3/4" in length .

C. Sitka Top has 2 small impressions, I just looked again and they are very light,
1" off center to lower side and 1/8" up from binding.
Just want to be completely honest so no surprises,

The 815ce for 2010 came standard with mostly Florentine cutaways,
It looks just right on this 815.
All specs. are standard Taylor
It's a 1 3/4" nut.
Case clean(small dog not included)
This is truly a beauty, sounds terrific, and very clean for 10 years of careful use.
Just look at the Quality of the East Indian Rosewood ! And That Top! 2010 was a VG year.
Such a quality guitar ** $2,000. Deal Price Now, $1650+ 50. shipping in lower. 48 .

For anyone who has not played one of these, the volume is astounding! Really fun. Good luck with the sale!

I've always loved the Florentine cutaways on Taylors!

Default 815ce

Those new strings are wonderful been playing the 815 Strictly, Well a little GS Mini mixed in,
This guitar is really clean for it's 10 year now.
It just sounds like a real Acoustic , Not like those tiny small body's, I have a few of those too.
Thanks
