Crazy Free Dive vid... I guess... Aqua run? Dunno.
So I read the book Breath after hearing the author on numerous podcasts. Basically it's about how we're all mouth breathers and would benefit if we were nose breathers.
I started taping my mouth shut at night, and there was a crazy result. Regardless of how late I drink water, I don't have to get up to urinate during the night. From forcing yourself to breath through your nose? There is a scientific explanation as to why. Anyway there's a lot of talk of yogis and free-divers, and such in the book. People who have very "disciplined" breathing habits, or routines. So I started looking at youtube videos to hopefully learn exercises, meditations, etc. That was months ago. Today this video was recommended. I have literally never seen anything like it. I highly recommend muting the near-deathmetal soundtrack
