Arrow SOLD: Takamine EF7M-LS - Limited Edition OM w Lutz Spruce & EIR- MIJ

Hi all,

For sale is a 2016 limited edition hand built Takamine EF7M-LS. These were a very small run hand built by Takamine’s master luthiers in Japan. It is in stellar condition with minimal signs of play wear. The only blemish I can find is on the headstock as seen in the photo.

Tonally, Lutz has a lot of headroom yet is really responsive so this guitar does really well as a finger picker or as a strummer/flat picker. It has been described as having the best qualities of Adirondack while being dynamically more forgiving. To my ears this guitar has a really open, big sound when pushed and is really responsive with beautiful overtones. It has a lot of room to go from light finger style to strumming.

Standard OM size - ~15" lower bout
Nut - 1.75"
String Spacing at Bridge - 2.25"
Top - Solid Lutz Spruce
B/S - Solid Dark EIR )
Electronics - TLD2 with no controls

I'm interested in your Tak. I've had a couple of these premium Taks and they are great. So you are not the original owner? Is there any play wear such as worn frets etc. How is the action? Have you measured string height at the 12th fret? Are there any details that you think I should know? Thanks in advance for your help and answers. Steve

These higher end Takamine guitars are truly hard to beat at the price. Great sound acoustically, and phenomenal sound plugged in.

Good luck with your sale sir.
