Default Signal chain question - red eye twin

I have a k&k pickup. I have a red eye twin, a polytune tuner and a morely mini volume plus. The tuner pedal and the red eye twin are new. Previously I used the red eye single channel and the volume pedal to mute while I used my clip on tuner. I wanted to stop using the clip on hence the pedal. However the volume plus has a minimum volume button which makes it nice to set your rhythm volume to the down setting and the up setting to a boost level. These ultimately plug into a fender acoustic 100 amp. The amp has phantom power via xlr.

I assume I should put the tuner in the effects loop of the red eye. Thanks in advance. Where should the volume go? Any tips? I’ve always been dumbfounded how to setup a pedal board signal chain.

I'd also put the volume gizmo in the effects loop. If that doesn't work for some reason, put it before the red-eye.
