Probably didn’t want to rush in too soon. When I joined I held off for several... well minutes.

I live in Northern Minnesota and with the summer humidity @ 90%+ and winter humidity at 10% and temps 30-40 below zero i finally got a carbon guitar a few years ago. I now have a Shorty and it is my favorite all time guitar.
You made a wise purchase! Captain Donn Very nice photos too.

I couldn’t agree more on the CH-OM1100NS. Every time I pick this up I marvel at how great it sounds and plays. The sound quality of this guitar really stands out to me among all the CF guitars that I’ve tried. The top is so responsive and the tone so nicely balanced from beefy lows up to the sparkling highs. Rainsong really knows well (many years of experience!) how to ‘voice’ a CF guitar. |

Welcome aboard CaptainDonn. Those "another captain" comments are because of my screen name (USCG licensed master). There's plenty of room here for more than one captain. And plenty of room for carbon fiber guitar choices. Your experience with yours will be appreciated here.
Best wishes, Jim (aka Captain Jim) |
