Default Blazer and Henkes Euphonon Style 44, Euro Spruce and Maple SOLD

Up for sale is a flawless Blazer and Henkes Euphonon in gorgeous Style 44 trimmings. True to the Larson recipe, the guitar was "built under tension." The guitar is in like-new condition.

SOLD. I have a gazillion references here and am a former moderator (if that means anything!). No trades please.

Sound Clip
  • Top: Austrian “Haselfichte” spruce, moon harvested
  • Back and sides: Maple
  • Nut: Slightly over 1 ¾” at 4.49 cm
  • Saddle spacing: 2.313”
  • Neck: Maple with medium C profile (as described by Willi Henkes). It’s a bit more like a full C in my experience. Carbon fiber reinforcement without adjustable truss rod
  • Bridge: Madagascar ebony, slotted, ivoroid galalith pins
  • Fretboard: Madagascar ebony
  • Inlay: Hand cut mother of pearl in the fretboard
  • Top inlay: Solid pearl from green abalone
  • Purfling: All solid wood (maple and ebony)
  • Bracing: Larson style laminated braces with spruce and Brazilian rosewood

Wow what a guitar...gorgeous!

Just wondering...in the photo of the two guitars. Is the one on the left a Frankie Montouro Euphonon by chance?

No, Blazer built two at the same time.

For those that can't see the photos, I think Chrome was blocking rendering because my website wasn't secured. I added SSL so it should work now. Let me know.

Every time I look at or listen to this, I think I should have gone into law or business instead of science. Holy moly.

Sorry, just saying that I wish I could buy this because it seems utterly fantastic. Someone will be ecstatic over getting this one.
