PRICE DROP! c.1929 Stahl Style 8 (Larson Bros). 100% Original, EX++
Thanks for checking out my Stahl Style 8 guitar, circa 1929. I've enjoyed this guitar for 9 years, and am selling to fund another Larson Bros. guitar It features an Adirondack spruce top, Brazilian roswood back and sides, 13.5" body size, 1.7/8" wide neck, 24.9" scale length, non-laminated braces (common on later Larson's and said to produce a warmer tone), abalone pearl inlay on the headstock and the body, ebony fretboard. This guitar has no cracks and only minor wear which is uncommon for the old Larson's. Freshly strung, it sounds explosive, loud and clear. Good quality non-original case fits the guitar perfectly.. I'll provide Robert Hartman's 2012 appraisal for $10,500 if interested. Price is $8,250 obo or trades to for steel-string braced 0 or 00 rosewood Martin's in original condition with no pickguard (I'll pay the difference).

I have a Mint 2009 Blazer & Henkes 000 12 Fret Milwaukee 44 that is based on the Stahl Style 8 and sounds as good as any guitar from that era I've played including Martins.
Given the condition and price of this guitar, anyone looking for that elusive sound should be taking a very close look at this one.
