Default 2019 Lowden FM35 - Video added

I hate to do this, but I've got a custom in the works and it has to be paid for. This is an amazing guitar and it pains me to see it go. FS is a 2019 Lowden FM35. If you are not familiar with the FM's, this is George's answer to many requests over the years to do an OM sized guitar. The body is slightly thinner than a standard F, making it more comfortable to play. This one is Alpine spruce over fiddleback mahogany and it, along with the case, are in excellent condition. No dings or scratches, although there are some tiny pick marks on the pickguard. No cracks or other issues whatsoever. There are signs of playing, but otherwise looks almost as new. Always properly humidified, non smoking home.

The regular FM's are speced with a "low profile" neck (NECK WIDTH
Narrow 43.5mm at nut / 56mm at neck joint (1.71" / 2.20"). Fortunately, this one was ordered, by heartbreaker guitars, with the standard Lowden neck. It's 5 piece: Mahogany / Rosewood / walnut, 1 3/4" (45mm) nut, 2 1/4" (57mm) string spacing, 650mm scale with a 16" (406mm) radius.

Beautiful! The spec link indicates cocobolo while your description says Mahogany. Will you disambiguate, please?

This should clear up the confusion. Thanks.

I had a request to make a video of it, so here it is. Please excuse the sloppy playing. Pair of Rode M5's straight into an apollo twin, then Logic Pro with absolutely no processing, eq, compression or effects. First a little strumming then a bit of fingerstyle:

very nice video, JK!

stunning Lowden and i really like the size and shape, and especially the tone. I think this would be a very versatile guitar and one that i would be consistantly drawn too.

how much does it weigh?

thank you

Thanks Daryl. I agree with the versatile part. Compared to my O25c, it is a much better strummer. The O is kind of like a fingerstyle only guitar IMHO, whereas this one covers a lot more bases. It has way more headroom.

About the weight. I don't have any meaningful way to weigh it. I'd guess in the 4 to 4.5 lb range? It's not super light, but it's not a heavy guitar by any means. Somewhere in the middle I'd say. Sorry, it's the best I can do.
