GMF Ai1 DI users?

Anyone using the GMF Ai1 lately with a K&K pure mini? Is it a quiet DI? How does it compare to the K&K pure XLR?

I use this preamp with k&k and a passive mag artec pickup, is quiet and the sound is amazing with the artec mag pickup and very good with the k&k. The only negative thing is that no mid control, only bass and treble knob.
