For Sale - My E J Henderson OM-28 Carpathian Spruce/ Walnut. Stamped inside Rugby, Va. # 36. Guitar is in exc. ++ orig. condition. with a few marks on the pickguard and some tiny dimples on the top.
Guitar is 1 & 11/16 " at nut and 2 & 3/16 " at saddle. Action is 6/64" at 12th fret. Exceptional woods and workmanship with Celtic knot at 12th fret, nice example of Jane's beautiful pearl work.
Plays and sounds great as expected from the next generation Henderson family. I would be keeping this one if the nut was 1 & 3/4 ". Comes in exc. Guardian hard case .Sold

I concur. The one transaction in which we engaged bagged me a beautiful 2013 Hooper D-28, in 2016, which is doing wonderfully well. It was easy to communicate with the seller, the guitar arrived exactly as described, and arrived promptly. No worries here!

All true.

I visited Ken Hooper two months ago and he made and installed a gorgeous new pick guard on the D-28. I think the first owner replaced the original and did a slightly less than professional job...
