Default Martin OM-18 Custom Shop

I am selling my 2015 Martin Custom Shop OM-18 with the following specs:

Upgraded premium Sitka spruce top
Mahogany back and sides
Adirondack scalloped bracing
Waverly tuners
Low profile neck shape
25.4" scale
1-3/4" nut
2-1/4 string spacing at saddle
5-ply Martin case
Serial No. 1896432 (I have the entire spec sheet if you are interested)

Since I purchased the guitar, I have had the following modifications done by Denver luthier Chris Herbert

Installed K&K Pure Mini pickup
New bone nut (original nut is in the case)
Replaced plastic bridge pins with ebony pins

I am the original owner of this guitar. The guitar and case are in mint condition. GUITAR IS NO LONGER FOR SALE

Default Bump

For some reason this guitar doesn't show up when I search the classifieds for "Martin". So here's a bump to make it more visible

Bump for a beautiful guitar! ...wish I had a chance at this a few months ago, I bought a 000-18, would have jumped at this! Is the binding tortoise or black? ...may I ask why you no longer want this beauty? Thank you

Thanks for the kind words. First of all, the binding is black, not tortoise. As for why am I selling this guitar, I'd like to think its just that I am getting wiser as I get older. I don't need as many guitars as I have, so a couple of them have to go. It's always difficult to decide which guitars to sell. This one doesn't get played as much as it deserves to, so it is one of the guitars I have decided to sell.

I had one of these that appears identical. Great guitar, couldnt get used to the neck but it sounded as nice as any OM-18 should. its actually more of an OM-18GE

Thanks for the comment. This is a great guitar. I know that the custom shop offers a variety of neck shapes. This is the low profile neck shape and I find it very comfortable.

Guitar is still available. I have received a couple of trade offers, but would really like to sell the guitar.

I wish I had that talent and the equipment to do it, but I don't have either. I had a good friend take the pics for me.
