Smile Hello World!

hi. my name is thomas. i'm working on sounds towards ben howard and john martyn. of course i don't want to compare myself, every musician has his own style, but having a role model brings motivation.

i recorded something a few days ago and i would like to show you my style. i am looking forward to comments and maybe i will meet people, get feedback and make new acquaintances.

until then.
Thomas aka. herc

What strange language is that? It sorta resembles Java.

(I kid, I learned C in college but ended up being a Java programmer for most of my career, now I'm a Software Engineering Director so no more programming for me)

Heck no Hercc... "hello world" is how some people refer to a
minimally working proof-of-concept computer program. Compiles
and links and does something (prints "hello world") ...

Welcome to the forum

The first thing that came to mind was the theme song from the movie “Goodbye Columbus”(circa1969) starring Richard Benjamin and Ali MacGraw.

Hello world, Goodbye Columbus
I’ve got a feeling you’re gunna hear from us….
was the hook of the song.
