For sale is this Washburn Vintage Series R320 SWRK parlor guitar with under saddle Fishman pickup, including the original Washburn hard shell coffin case.

The Vintage Series was launched in 2008 to celebrate Washburn’s 125th anniversary. The series recreates and resembles some of the phenomenal Washburn instruments that were crafted in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This model in particular was closely matched with a Washburn parlor guitar from 1891. In order to create the "vibe" of a 100-year-old instrument, Washburn has added a vintage finish and distressed hardware.

Because this guitar is built using modern techniques and materials, the resulting instrument is more durable, and in many cases, better sounding than its century-old counterpart.

The instrument is lightly used with a few small dings but they fit right in with the relic-ed vintage finish. The guitar has been fitted with a Fishman under saddle pickup.

The top is crafted from solid spruce, while the back and sides are solid rosewood. The top features modern scalloped braces using quarter sawn Sitka Spruce. The mahogany neck is carved into a vintage "V" shape. It is topped by an ebony fretboard with 18 frets. Nut width is 48mm while the scale length is 24.75", giving the neck a comparable feel to that of a standard sized guitar.

Comes with a vintage finish and distressed hardware. Includes abalone rosette, open-gear tuners, Tree of Life fingerboard inlays, white binding on the fingerboard, and a vintage style binding for the top. The resulting look mimics the appeal and vibe of a 100-year old parlor guitar that's been well-played.
