Default Taylor 714ce LTD Fall 2003

I was sorting through lots of old paperwork this afternoon related to musical instruments I have bought and sold - wow, there were a lot of them. When I really think about it, though, the only one I really regret having sold (during a time of financial need) was a Taylor 714ce LTD Fall 2003 limited edition with cocobolo B+S.

So, if you have one you would like to part with, or if you see any come up for sale, I would appreciate a heads up. Thanks, folks.

Maybe if I sell you mine, I'll immediately turn around and buy GTomcan's 2008 Taylor GSce Cocobolo. Just maybe.

Mine does have a few dings here and there along with some bubbling near the tuners. Not bad for a 13 year-old guitar that's played and not a closet queen.

To close out this thread, I wanted to let folks know that I bought the 714ce offered by AGF member amphibian. This was a flawless transaction, and the guitar seems to me to be in even better shape that amphibian described. Kudos to him, and if you have dealings with him in the future, please accept my wholehearted recommendation that he is an AGF star member to deal with.

I still have mine (original owner) and every time I think about selling I pull it out of the case and it's so cool looking that I can't imagine parting ways. The Sitka has darkened over the years and really matches the flamed maple binding and Colosi fancy FWI bridge pins I installed, and the abalone is beautiful.

Congrat's on your new purchase!!!
