Default Swiss knife tool for recording/live use?

Hello,
I'm looking for a tool with these characteristics:
- preamp for acoustic guitar/ukulele (i need it because my travel instruments have passive pickups)
- USB connection for recording
- headphone out
- DI XLR out
- Effects would be a plus but not needed
Typical use case: playing through headphones and recording on PC when I am abroad, DI for live when needed.
I can't seem to find anything with all these, for example: Zoom A3 lacks USB recording, a lot of USB devices do not have XLR outputs, and so on. I know I can have 2-3 tools and cover all my needs, but I'd like to find if something that suits my needs does exist.
Any ideas?

I know it is designed for electric guitar but I use my Zoom G3 on my acoustic guitars. Plenty of effects, just avoid the distorted pedals and amp sims.
DI out, headphone socket and USB recording are all there.

How about a Motu Ultralite AVB, Motu Ultralite Mk4, Motu 624, or Motu audio express?

Seems like an exact match to meet all your needs is unlikely; since the Zoom A3 seems to check all the other boxes why not just add a simple hi-Z to USB cable since you have to use a cable to plug it into the PC in any case...

I will probably go with A3 + hi-Z to USB if I cannot find anything else. I've had the G3X for a while but didn't like it very much, I prefer the A3 because of its two inputs.

Depending on exactly what the order of importance is you might also consider something like a Zoom R8, adding a simple DI to the output when needed. The R8 could be set up with input channel presets if you use certain effects often.

You trade easy effects editing for the ability to do complete multi-track recording without the need to use a computer. That checks all your other boxes if you carry a DI for use when necessary.

I own it's electric sibling. Useless for recording due to ridiculous latency. You get why they don't flag that feature if you try em. In fact TC Helicon is like the wedding singers effect box maker, -mostly fun for the kids. They're good at hyping, but then you buy and get a unit with a 50cm power cord... ! Not professional IMO.
