Exclamation Upcoming Doyle Dykes Clinics in KC Area

Hey all,

I got a flyer in the mail last week about two Doyle Dykes clinics in the KC area next week. They are:
Monday 10/1 at 7:30 Monster Music in Independence, MO
Thursday 10/4 at 7:00 Mass Street Music in Lawrence KS

I'll be at Mass Street. From what everyone else on the Forum has said, this should be a good one.

Jim

Wow, thanks for the tip!
Saw my first clinic (Pat Kirtley) in OPKS and it was great. I try to attend as many of these clinics as possible.

There's a Doyle "concert" tonight (9-30-01)at Birchwood Ministries, 39th & Blue Ridge, 6 p.m. Admission is $5.
I'm going. For those not comfortable with a churchish setting, I believe the poster said that NO collection was going to be taken.
I will also be going to the Monster Music clinic. Maybe I'll see another Forum member there....! That would be nice. I will be the tall one carrying in one or two Taylors for Doyle to sign.

Cool, good thing I checked out the forum today (as I haven't for a while). I live about 10 minuets from Monster Music and just had them set up my Custom 22 the other day! I'll be there!

I saw Pat Kirtley in O.P. also. I will definately make at least one of the Doyle Dykes clinics. Thanks for the info. I usually find out about these after they're already over. Mike

Wow! There are lotsa home folks on here! I just came from Doyle's show at Birchwood, and baby, it ROCKED! Not only is he a FABULOUS guitar player, he is a terrific guy and a fine preacher too. His command of technique and dynamics is astounding. Five Stars, man!

I attended the performance tonight, too. He's always great. Inspirational and motivating. Can't get enough of him, so I'll see you guys at the clinics!

Will see you Thursday night in Lawrence. I cannot go Monday, I have to work. Was supposed to be at work tonight, too. Had to call in sick to go see Doyle. How about that? It was well worth it!

Doyle will also be in Wichita, KS on Oct.5 at Senseny Music. I can't go, but my brother is. I think he is giving a free concert that day also.
