A Little follow up on this old S S Stewart. The fretboard had a few high frets in around the body joint 14th area. Typical for these old survivors. I decided to resurface the frets and get it Dialed. I also made a solid RW bridge and Re-Cut the Nut. Got The action super sweet low and clean across the board. I put set of Martin custom PB light 11’s on her. Plays almost as good as my 1956 ES 175. With standard Lights it would have more punch, but it’s a very resonant light guitar so 11s work well. It could easily handle standard lights. Here is a Improv- instrumental I have been working on—— https://youtu.be/m2Y9xsEgCfc
