I took a beginning slide course with Scott Ainslie a few years ago at the Swannanoa Gathering in NC - it was awesome. Although I must add there were only two women in the class, and we were almost overwhelmed by the testosterone in the room....
Scott has a very good instructional video out, and is a Robert Johnson scholar, no lie. In fact, that's why I ended up buying my Gibson reissue L-1 - Johnson's guitar.

I have Scott's Robert Johnsons video and I have enjoyed it a lot. Does he also have an instructional video on just slide guitar?
