2012 Rockbridge Advanced Jumbo (More trade options added 11/08)
Just had a sale that fell through...
2012 Rockbridge Advanced Jumbo- EX condition 1 3/4" nut 2 1/4" string spacing Action currently set at 6/64" low E- 5/64" high E Relief is set at .007" https://photos.app.goo.gl/tz67ZZsD58KEsUgC6 Euro Spruce top. Beautiful Madagascar back and sides. This is a one of a kind build. Neck is bound in grained ivoroid as is the body and heel cap. Neck is satin between frets 1 and 12 and headstock and heel are glossed and fade into the satin. Neck is shallow C, just like the original Gibson Advanced Jumbos. Beautiful abalone AJ style fret markers. This is a LOUD and very even sounding guitar. I used this as a backup to my '50 J-45 for a bluegrass project. It'll cut a banjo easily. There is one ding on the top I had drop filled that is visible in the photos. There are 5 small dings on the back lower right bout that I could not photograph, as the light has to hit them just right to be visible....trust me I tried about 100 times. There are a couple marks around the A and D tuners from a string winder. It appears as though there is a hairline finish blemish coming off one of the back dings. It is invisible unless held in the light just right. It came to my attention as I was once again trying to get photos of the dings on the back. My luthier says it does NOT go through the wood and in no way affects the integrity of the back. Once again, unless you hold the guitar at the right angle in the light, it is unnoticeable, but I am adding this for full disclosure.
