Photos . . . again

I've been wanting to post a few photos but have encountered difficulties. I have read the AGF info in the FAQ section but finding that the photo sharing sites are, in some cases, not allowing hot linking photos to websites.

I downloaded Shutterfly, posted the pics and copied the URLs then pasted them on AGF but no joy, just little boxes with a ? mark in them, no pictures. I must be doing something wrong. Perhaps the photos are too large as I haven't found how to make them smaller on Shutterfly.

Can anyone help?

Easiest way I know is the AGF App. If the photos are in your phone, it's a piece of cake. Then you don't have to worry about 3rd-party sites.

What URL are you copying? The webpage or the image URL?

Gotta agree that this is the best option. I enjoy the AGF and I think it's worth supporting. Great place and people.

Hi mmcs,

Take a look at this thread. When the AGF app first came out, registered users (which you are) could post pictures using it. Our app is based on the architecture of the Tapatalk app. Without telling us, the Tapatalk folks changed our app so that it mirrored our procedures for posting pics from our computers. In other words, charter members could do it, but registered users could not.

But the saving grace is that registered users may still post pictures here using the Tapatalk app. So, if the pics are on a mobile device, download Tapatalk and you can post pics on the AGF will a couple of clicks. Please PM me if you have a problem and need more help.

That's what I did about a year ago or longer, a great investment indeed
