Default Guitar gathers dust

Both of my acoustic guitars seem to attract dust on their EIR surfaces on both sides and more obviously on their backs. They´re nitro-cellulose lacquered.
Might be electrostatic charging? Most time they are stored in their cases.
No way to change this?

Any of my guitars left out tend to gather dust but my wife refers a vacuum cleaner.
