New version of John Prine's Summer's End
Let me forewarn you-- this is not for the faint of heart. John Prine has participated in the creation of a new video to go with Summer's End that highlights a grandfather and his granddaughter, among other faces, that lost their beloved daughter & mother. There is a brief scene on the television about America's Opioid crisis.
To be honest, I have tried, but have been unable to watch it completely. There is nothing that makes it NSFW or anything like that. There's just one shot where the daughter is crying so hard she is actually trembling. It makes my blood run cold. Nevertheless, I would like to share the link to the NPR article; the video is embedded if you are a stronger person than I am.
