Default Bridge pin size for 2007 Seagull S-6

Greetings All.

I broke a bridge pin during my last string change and I'm seeing conflicting internet info about pin size for my model. Most often cited is 4.3 or 1.3t. I swapped in a pin from my FG800 which works but is clearly too small. I've called Sweetwater they said they would look into it but haven't heard back. Also emailed Seagull but no reply as of yet. So just wondering if anyone has been down this path before?
Many thanks.

I got some bridge pins from Maury’s for a Simon & Patrick a while back... I used his size chart and the were a pretty good, but not perfect fit. Or you could get them directly from Godin - https://godinguitars.com/product-cat...rts/bridge-pin

Hi, I own a Seagull Custom Shop Model built in ‘97 that has the same dimensions as a standard S6. I ordered a set of ebony bridge pins w/abalone inlay awhile back from Maury’s Music in Pennsylvania. The size was 4.3 and they fit well. The Product ID was EBP-A-4.3 for that particular set. I bet they also have other offerings for that size.

Tusq pins in most Godins are what they call Presentation size. This is not a standardized term, merely marketing on their part.

https://graphtech.com/pages/bridge-p...AaAlAjEALw_wcB

Pins come in several sizes and the Tusq pins seem to be on the low/small side. I replaced the ones in my S&P mini jumbo with a set of Crosby ebony pins. By the time I smoothed the pin holes with sandpaper wrapped around a tapered round file, the Crosby pins fit perfectly.

Ps, I love my S&P, great sound and great value in a solid wood guitar. I was, however, disappointed to find the pin holes were not smooth and there were wood shards on the bridge plate inside the guitar.
