Thanks everyone for all the comments, this is my first build thread and it's become a lot of fun.... The GAS this forum produces is probably the reason I am actually doing this... All the years of reading build threads has inspired me...
It'll be on the site soon. The back and sides are... well they're just... man, you have a look and then try and describe what you see!!!!

And the tone, don't even get me started on the tone.............

Great thread ... great photos.

I used to live in Kaukauna, not far from Petros' shop. There were usually a couple of his guitars on the wall at Electric City Music (store no longer there, from what I understand), so I got to play them a bit.

Amazing instruments. You are stimulating my most prurient interests with this thread. Will satiate myself by surfing over to DREAMGUITARS.COM to see if he has any Petros guitars for sale and streaming the audio sample ...

i've played several of Bruce's tunnel 13's. I own an Apple Creek and love it. If I were starting over I would order a "Tunnel" now. they are very light due to the wood combo. Beautiful sounding and, in my opinion, the best looking guitars Bruce has made.

Hi Diamondave!

I am the guy who has an FS being built alongside your GC. I'm sure your guitar will be wonderful. Hope you're excited!

That's great tkune! I'm excited for you, what kind of FS did you choose? Bruce is such a stand up guy and his customer service is as good as it gets... There is no one that builds a guitar like a Petros, I like other builders as well, but I had to go with a custom Petros....

I agree, Bruce has been great to deal with, he's one of the reasons I'm enjoying my build so much. The guitar is a Tunnel 13 FS.

I share your enthusiasm of Bruce's and Matt's guitars. His guitars are one of a kind.

tkune, what an exciting build, congrats... I came very close to building a FS but in the end went with the GC because I already have a Petros FS, though it is a 12 fret, I'll probably get a 14 FS one of these days... Keep us posted how it turns out...
