Sweet! Disregarding the capo, what key is that piece in?

I do not play that style, but it looks like something I should check out.

the first capo position, i was mostly playing in D (i think)...when i moved the capo to the first fret i was shifting around tonal centers: some G, some Cminor, Some C.

I have no idea what 'that style' is--i was just improvising, playing whatever came to mind.

I couldn't help but notice your an 'upside down' lefty player. I too play lefty and for many years played right handed guitars upside down. Watching you play made me remember my first guitar my dad bought me when I was maybe 8 years old (I'm in my 60's now). It was a Kay of some sort, right handed, but I naturally picked it up lefty. Teachers in my early years tried to switch me to righty but it didn't feel right to me. To condense a long road of guitars and playing, in my twenties a teacher persuaded me to switch the strings around to the 'proper' orientation, big E on top, within 6 months of re-learning I played better than ever. Anyway thanks for the memories.
