Little plastic/nylon washer for tuning key
Other than Allparts does anyone know where I could find those small plastic washers that you find used on machine head tuning keys? Do hardware stores sell these? Like Home Depot or Lowe's?

Doubt you will find one there. Buy one cheap tuner of EBay and throw the rest away.

Quite so - that's why I make 'em myself. If you call me at the shop I can send you one: Gryphon Stringed Instruments 650-493-2131

That's very kind of you however I am not in the USA and about 2,000 miles away. I think I will check with the repair guy at my local music shop.

By chance I ordered these black Grover buttons on ebay.
Didn't know what to expect. They turned out being an excellent fit and they included matching black screws and ... a set of those washers. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/6x-Guita...19.m1438.l2649

indeed. these are close but will require some tweaking: https://www.superiorwasher.com/washe...0-202-040.html https://www.superiorwasher.com/washe...0-203-062.html were it mine i'd make my own, but for those with limited resources, i'd opt for the thicker one and sand the height down. the id can be scooped out with an exacto. Those look good, and should work as-is, I think. Dimensions aren't critical - just so the plastic doesn't split when jammed on the shaft. . .
