Default Loggerenguitars (Amateur) Deep Body OM#1

Hi Everyone, now I'm going to post a building thread of my long awaited third acoustic guitar build, Deep Body OM#1, which I'm currently working on the final finish:

Specs
Top: Engelman
Bracing: X-bracing, sitka spruce
Back&Sides: Kiaat (African timper), Comes in a variety of colors and grain patterns.
Fretboard&bridge: Rhodesian teak
Binding: Quilted mahogany
Neck: 5 piece laminate - Mahogany/Maple/Kiaat(Centre)
Scale length: 25.4"

Please excuse some of the photo's poor quality!

I wanted a lot of sapwood in this one, but must admit the back didn't end up such a good book match as it started out as I would have liked it to be.

Sides being soaked for bending. I use a primitive method of heating a pipe.

Solid curving installed, with my 3-piece Charles fox kind of a neck block.

Back getting ready.

Rosette, I wanted something natural looking

Inside

Purfling being installed, same wood as the rosette(Kiaat), I haven't mentioned it.

Picture quality is fine just needs to be scaled down in size. At least the big ones.

Nice, clean work. Beautiful guitar. I like how you did the back join. How does it sound?

If you keep the images 1000 pixels wide or smaller, the viewing experience is better for your audience.
