Very beautiful instrument! I like a lot of Mr. Clark's design elements.

Thanks for all the kind words about the guitar, it's pretty overwhelming to me how awesome it is, I hope I can do it justice.

Today's pic is of the bridge, Jeremy says it's right on target

What an innovator. His courage is much admired.

Wow - looking really beautiful! I have always admired Jeremy's work and this is no exception. I have a nylon-string guitar from one of his shopmates and it looks like it may have a similar neck attachment.

It's finally strung up and singing! Another week of touch up and fiddling at it will be on it's way. Can't wait

What inspiring work ... and that bridge is a piece of stand-alone sculpture!

Any update on how the guitar sounds? Are you happy with it? If you're ever tempted to sell it...

lol no selling! Well I haven't even heard it yet. I mis-spoke on my previous post. Apparently Jeremy keeps the guitar for a while as it "settles in". Then there's some last minute tweaks and then it ships.

It won't ship to me until July 9th. So I still have 3 more weeks arrgh.

The guitar has arrived, she is magnificent, but broken!

Well my guitar arrived yesterday, well packed, no sign of damage or impact on the box. Expensive case. Yet the neck was broken!

So I'm sending it back to Montreal for repairs.

Man!

Such a shame. The guitar is incredibly beautiful in person much better than the photographs.

I can see this is going to try my patience

While I'm waiting on repairs Jeremy sent me a few pics to look at in the mean time. Here they are.

Beautiful guitar--sorry this happened to you.

Hope the repair goes smoothly and that it's back in your hands in no time!

UPDATE!

The guitar came back two weeks later, completely repaired and looking gorgeous. Everything about it is perfect for me. I especially like the adjustable neck, I've got the action dialed in perfectly and it's so easy and quick to adjust.

Tonewise the guitar is a monster. It can be whisper quiet or surprisingly loud. The structured sides really seem to boost the volume. The trebles are amazing and everything sounds better the more I play it - it seems to be gaining texture and overtones though the fundamental is still very strong.

Here's a few final pics, not as good as Jeremy's but here they are:
