Default The Entertainer, and some blues - played on a Dale Fairbanks parlor.

The Entertainer, arranged for guitar by Paul Lomax.

An original, brand new blues tune.

Well done, Toby!

The Entertainer is a tough song to play and you deal with all the challenges well. And there are a lot of stumbling blocks in that song. Being able to maintain that syncopated rhythm, particularly with the thumb is very tough for me. It takes time to get that stuff down.

And I liked your blues song. There are some fun excursions in your instrumental solo that really add interest.

That is a good sounding little guitar!

My friend lent me that guitar. What a wonderful instrument!

Thanks Glenn. I've been playing that Joplin tune for probably 40 years now but it's always challenging, especially when I hear variations of dynamics and rhythms and try to execute them on the spot!!
