Default Zoom H2 line in question
Just wondering if I have an XLR to 1/8" adapter, can I plug my Sure SM57 into the Line in port? Looking for a good way to record an amp that's not straight into the computer

Nope you'll need a pre-amp to get the mic up to line level. An ART Tube MP would be a decent (at least IMO) but inexpensive option.

Ah okay, what about using the headphone out of the amp? Does that have chance in hell of working? LOL.
