Default Hooper Sinker Mahogany BlueChip Pick D-18

My friend Ken Hooper just finished this Sinker Mahogany/Red Spruce D-18 for our mutual friend, Matthew Goins, proprietor of BlueChip Picks. Matt will have this guitar available on his table at shows, so you can try one of his picks, of course. But for now, I got to bring home for a few days and run it through a few paces before recording something later this week with it. Just strung up last week, it sounds as good as it looks. I myself am not a sunburst kind of guy, but Ken shoots as good a 'burst as any I have ever seen! And the heel cap is the nice finishing touch!

The guitar looks great and I LOVE the heel cap. What a great touch. Good to see you back on the forum Allen.
