Default Classical Guitar

Hand made by Thomas Prisloe from Trumansburg, New York. Absolutely splendid instrument.

Taylor Jason Mraz signature. It's very well constructed with a sweet sound, and it has a unique vibe that I like, but some may not.

P.S. California wine….. YES!
Larrivee Perhaps? Although known for their steel strings Jean actually got his start building classicals. They have traditionally been made in Canada, but Larrivee is moving all instrument production to the Oxnard facility.

And you should try some Arizona wine.

Oh - if you are willing to expand to Canadian-made, try higher-end LaPatrie classical guitars:

Over the years C F Martin has made several models of nylon-string guitars. The N-10 and N-20, and more recently, the CTSH, and the SWC "Sting" Limited Edition, both designed by Thomas Humphrey. Also, the 00-18C, and the 00-16C. They also have a nylon crossover, the 000C Nylon, which is still available new, and in your price range...under $2K.
