Smile ACOUSTIC GIBSON L-5s

Hi, I have just joined the Acoustic Guitar Forum. My wife and I run a not-for-profit website dedicated to the acoustic Gibson L-5. You can view it at www.prewargibsonl-5.com. The aim is to build an accurate and reliable database on the model. Check back often as the site is regularly updated. Hope that you enjoy!

Neat idea, thanks for sharing! The L-5 is easily one of the (in my opinion THE) most classic and amazing guitar designs to come out of Gibson. Absolutely timeless. Strangely, I've never actually owned an L-5, but I have owned a '33 L-7 (16" Loar-type body) and I now own a modern day interpretation of a Loar L-5.

Great website! Thanks again for sharing, I'll be sure to check in once in a while!

If you own a prewar L-5 (1941 or earlier) please contact us through the website as we would love to feature it!
