Default 'Chinese Blossom' on a Bown 00

Here's a great piece by Jaime Zenamon from the book 'Modern Times', highly recommended: Chinese Blossom.

Played on a 00 guitar made for me by Ralph Bown of York, UK.

Hi Jonny,
Beautiful guitar playing.
The Bown is exquisite, and the tone os heavenly.
I can listen to lyre music all day.
Love it.

That was nice, I was hearing shades of Scarborough Fair in the melody.

Such a well balanced and beautiful sounding guitar from Bown.
Still congrats to the player for bringing out the magic.

beautiful playing Jonny. thanks a bunch for posting. The Bown sounds pure and true.

i notice you use a pad on your left upper leg to avoid a foot rest. i fear i should do the same. what is the brand you are using.

thanks again,

Stuart.

Thanks Stuart, it's a 'Guitarlift', German I think. Otherwise, I use a Dynarette cushion.

Thoroughly this tune! Lovely sounding instrument, impeccably played! BTW, I am also using the GuitarLift and find that it works really well. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks stringman5 - the guitar almost plays itself!

The GuitarLift appears over-engineered, but in reality is a neat solution to an age-old problem.
