Rare 1984 Martin M-21 For Sale or Trade PRICE REDUCTION
Only sixteen of these were ever made, and you see them for sale very rarely. Don't confuse this with the Steve Earle M-21 made in collaboration with Matt Umanov. No relation. Please check her out over on Reverb: https://reverb.com/item/14841643-except ... 84-natural. I would also consider a trade for a Martin 000-18A (cash your way), a 000-18GE, or a Collings OM1 preferably with a German top, but will consider others. $2,795.00. Best to contact me at [email protected].

Opening trade options up to all acoustics. Cash your way or mine depending on the piece. Let's see what's out there. This M-21 is unique and rare plus it sounds and plays great. Had a neck set about six months ago and the action is super low with plenty of saddle.

I've had a couple of nice guitars to consider, but not quite what I'm looking for. Hoping to see some more offers. I'm thinking a nice mahogany dreadnought would be a good addition to the fold. Really leaning toward mahogany as my rosewood needs are firmly met.

Thanks. Vinyl is the only way to go for me. Still looking for a trade with cash either way on this M-21. These guitars come along about once a decade, if that. Rare bird.

Fathers Day bump. Also, I had a question about the truss rod as '84 is the transitional time when Martin first started using adjustable rods. This one does not have an adjustable rod, just a regular steel rod. What with the perfect neck set a few months ago, you won't have to worry about that for years to come.

Nice looking M-21....only if the size was not too big for my shoulder.
Is that an old Pioneer receiver/amp you have there?

No, it's a Marantz. Unfortunately, we could never get it dialed in, and I had to return it after the seller made several attempts to correct the problems. In the meantime, I bought a modern receiver with a dedicated phono input, and it's actually served me quite well. But, I'd like to try another vintage model again one of these days.
