Hey John! Wow, talk about a trip down memory lane...

That was my 4th year at the show, my first flying solo... and that was already a year ago! It was an unforgettable weekend and it was an honour having my favorite guitar publication take note of my work.

I'm bummed it didn't happen this year, hopefully we'll get to catch up next year, John. I'll be bringing a 7-string 44 and a Nylon string guitar (and maybe something else...).

Oh, and here is the back of Eric's guitar: A beautiful one-piece Western Red Cedar, but did I forget a couple of neck bolt holes...?

I honestly didn't think the top on Eric Schoenberg's guitar was going to be this incredible under finish. It POPPED.

And this one is gettin' close to done.

I just got back from an absolutely fantastic time at the first ever Toronto Custom Electric Guitar Show. It was a fun vacation and great to meet some new builders and catch up with old friends. The Re-Ply is now hanging on the wall at 3030 Dundas, in REALLY good company (That's it, front row, center next to Joe Yanuziello and Daddy Mojo's beautiful work, and under Pete Swanson's)

Thanks goes out to Meiron Blackstein (Six String Garage) for putting on the show!

Here are a few snaps of the completed Re-Ply, which is AVAILABLE.

I've also got a new run of straps, offcut belt buckles and key fobs available`http://www.acousticguitarforum.com/f...d.php?t=311037

This one should be at Schoenberg Guitars tomorrow. It's solid Western Red Cedar. Weighs 4.5lbs. The neck profile (and string spacing) is 30s Martin soft V

This is exceptional Cedar. One piece. A generous gift from my friend Dion Bews, www.dionguitars.ca
