Taken off of a Santa Cruz and is stamped as such.

Clean and new? It has "Santa Cruz" where the Grover mark is, you say?

Clean and New/Marked Santa Cruz

Yes to each question.
The D-12 I took them off of has a very vintage amber color top so I switched out to the gold grovers.
