Congrats! I have the L-03Zw with the moonwood top. I think the Zebrawood tends to sound closer to rosewood than mahogany but with more mids. And it is a loud guitar. I think it takes time and playing for Larrivee's to loosen up. The LS is a cool size too.

The LS has never really been a production item. They have mostly been small custom runs. The largest run was probably the 78 units (plus 20 extras or so) for the Larrivee Forum-III guitars.
I ended up selling my Forum-III because the guitar was simply too clear and fundamental for me. Between the 12-frets, alpine top, and mahogany body... all fundimental and no overtone. I probably would have kept it if I'd opted for the rosewood instead. It also taught me that I really don't like Alpine tops. Wonderful sustain though. LS on the Left, my OM-03R on the right The LS is close enough in size the Larrivee uses the same case for the OM and LS. Or at least they used to. The Zebrano is stunning!
