thanks Gary
I have several, but on transmitters with a TRS plug (Boss & Line6), I have to use a TRS to TS adapter. On the knockoff Carving 5.8GHz wireless, it is TS and I don't need to use the adapter.

Edit: Just to be clear, if I use the AG6 pickup with the Line6 or Boss wireless, it does work, there is just some low level noise. This is not unique to the AG6. Most acoustic guitars with active preamps that are switched on when you plug in a cable have the same noise problem with TRS wireless transmitters.

thank you, I'll check one out as the wireless option seems more appealing.

The Carvin knockoff 5.8 GHz wireless system is really good. It is inexpensive, works well with active acoustic guitar preamps, has no interference from wifi, and is just great generally.

I have had the Carvin WG5 wireless for almost a week now and it works great and is small and light. Thanks for the recommendation
